  • I do not process insurance at this time. I can provide a superbill, which includes a diagnosis, that you submit to your insurance. I recommend checking to see if your insurance will help cover out-of-network providers.

  • Most sessions are a therapy "hour" which is 50-53 minutes typically. I do offer extended 90 minute sessions if you prefer.

  • I see clients Monday-Thursday. All of my office hours are available for either in-person sessions or virtual. I have evening hours Tuesday-Thursday. I do not offer sessions before 11am. It is super easy to change a session from in-person to virtual if the need arises.

  • I do not hold rigid boundaries around session frequency. Weekly sessions might be doable for some, but bi-weekly or monthly sessions might be appropriate for others. I do offer the caveat that if we are meeting less frequently progress can be slower than if we are meeting more frequently (at least for the first four sessions or so). I am fine with that if you are. If we are not booking sessions close to your preferred frequency then I will reach out and check-in: is this a good time for therapy, am I the best fit, do we need to adjust session frequency?

  • I have different ways sessions can be booked. If you have a set day and time that works for you and I also have that time available then we can put a loose hold to save your spot. If you have a shifting or variable schedule then you can access my client portal to check for in-person/virtual availability and request an appointment for an available time.

Rates

Individual therapy

In-person, online, or via phone. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

  • Individual Session $150

  • Individual Extended (90 mins) $225

Cancellation Policy : Cancellations within 24 hours of our session time will be charged the full session fee.

Superbills can be provided if you are filing for insurance reimbursement. I do have some availability for sliding scale spots, please reach out for more information.
